One man has died in a single-vehicle crash in Lexington early this morning. The Fayette County Coroner’s Office says 43 year old Lazeric Deshawn Givens of Lexington, died at UK Hospital.

Police say Givens lost control along West Maxwell Street, near West High Street, around 2:30 a.m. The car hit a utility pole and then slammed into a tree.
