Man Stabbed to Death

A man was found stabbed to death at a Lexington apartment complex Sunday night. Police say officers responded to the Walnut Hill Apartments on Trent Circle just before 11 p.m. When they arrived, they found a man in his 20s stabbed to death in a breezeway. Officials have not identified victim.Police say they don't have many leads. Officers searched the area for the weapon and are knocking on doors hoping to find witnesses who saw something.
